Returns:

We want to make your return process as smooth as possible. Please initiate your return within 3 days of delivery.
For a smoother return process, kindly include an unpacking video, and it's mandatory for initiating the return or exchange.
Returned items must be in their original, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If the returned items bring the order total below the Free Shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
